1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LeadForge AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

LeadForge AI is an AI-powered B2B lead generation platform. Users provide an Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and the platform uses AI agents to discover, enrich, score, and generate outreach emails for matching companies. Each "run" consumes one credit and returns 8–12 researched leads.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • One free credit is provided upon signup — no credit card required.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Credits and Payments

  • Credits are required to run the AI pipeline. Each run deducts one credit.
  • Credits can be purchased via Razorpay (INR) or Stripe (USD).
  • Credits never expire and are non-transferable between accounts.
  • All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Payments are processed securely by Razorpay / Stripe. We do not store card details.

5. Refund Policy

Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details. In summary: credits are automatically refunded if a run fails due to a platform error.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for illegal purposes or to violate any laws
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the platform
  • Use leads for spam, harassment, or unsolicited bulk messaging
  • Resell or redistribute lead data without permission
  • Share account credentials with others

7. Data Accuracy

LeadForge AI sources data from public web sources in real time. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all company data, contact details, or funding information is current or complete. You are responsible for verifying leads before outreach.

8. Intellectual Property

The LeadForge AI platform, its code, design, and branding are owned by Anirudh Agarwal. Lead data generated from your runs belongs to you. You grant us a limited licence to process your ICP inputs to deliver the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeadForge AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Unused credits are non-refundable upon voluntary account deletion.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
